I paid full amount for tablet UBslate in the months of December: Details as below Merchant Site URL : http://www.ubislate.com Order Number: PM528B Order Received: Dec 19, 2012 Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 4499.00 According to the website, delivery was to be done with a week after online payment. Since then I have received false email message about the product being in the process of shipment however no tracking number or date was ever given. I have sent repeated reminders by email (which have started bouncing now). No one picks up the phone at the customer care number provided by the company. I have seen numerous such complaints on the internet against this company. Every one of them has similar experience as mine (about false promises and nondelivery) It is clear that this company is a fraud and still has a functioning website which is continuously duping others. They should atleast be stopped from doing further business in India and should refund the money to existing order along with penalty

I paid Rs 4499 in month of December. More than money, I am concerned about such dubious practice by a company which is still continuing despite numerous such complaints. I am also surprised about the Govt of India (Minister Kapil Sibal) still being silent about something which he endorsed in the beginning. He should rectify his mistake.
