I have taken homeloan and Insurance from the ICICI Bank almost a year before.

ICICI Bank has issued home loan on G5 flat which is located at Pragathi Nagar Hyderbad. ICICI Lombard home insurance has issued on G6 flat. I have raised the complaint for policy endorsement changes.

Past 6 months there is no much progress on their end. Response was very good, but there is no help from their end. Past 2 months they are telling’ Your endorsement letter/endorsed policy papers has dispatched through Express IT courier with POD:275718513. When I call Express IT service, they are telling there is no letter with them.
