This is with reference to my prepaid number 9845866364(Bangalore). Now,

I’m in Gurgaon(Roaming). I had recharged this number in Gurgaon with

RC200 after getting the information that it gives full talktime of

Rs.201. But I dint get the balance updated, and so I called for the

Bangalore customer care and enquired. They said that this balance will

be visible by giving *123*4# request. I tried and the balance in

dedicated account 4 has beed updated as Rs.201/-. The Customer care

executive also said that this balance is valid for all types of calls

and SMSs. But when my main balance got over, the account 4 was not

used. Now I couldn’t make or receive calls even having Rs.201 as my

account 4 balance. Can u provide the details and resolve the same as

soon as possible as I’m in an emergency to communicate.
