Dear Sir,
We are Air Tel Customer since last 5 year and my Prepaid Mobile no. is 9897034891.
In this regard we inform you that our above no / sim lost last on 13/10/2010 and we stop my service for above sim.
Further we got the duplicate sim on 18/10/10 from your Bharatpur Gat office which stuated at Rajasthan transport campus and My new SIM No.8991971008156165342H-1 this is sorry to inform you that the sim was not activate till date.
We are going many time on 121 & 198 but no result done.
Kindly activate the incoming & outgoing facility.
