sir one of my causin had taken policy from max newyork life insurance company in december first week of premium of rs25000/-annually,policy no :399677996,he has not received policy document til jan 22nd of 2010.on 22 nd jan i have received a duplicate policy pack in their office at himayat nagar branch,i have given cancellation request to customer care and written letter in their office ,received aknowledgement copy,now they are that your free look period is completed,we cannot cancell u r policy,i have not policy pack in time from their end ,i received policy document after several visits to their office regarding policy papers,they made late sending policy pack to me and i am not satisfied with their services offered to me ,kindly suggest me how can i get my money back.
