Not gating warranty in a computer perifal in tha warranty period

I bay a PCI express card 8800GTS from “SUPREME-THE IT MALL” at 24/04/2007. It cost me Rs18720/-.I get 3 years warranty period.But in 24/04/2009 the card have some problem so i go to “SUPREME” they took the card and give me a reside after checking the card.After 4 day thy call me and told me the card has a missing screw so i mus com to their shop.When i go their thy told me i must return there bill.When i return it thy give me another bill of “AKSHAY ENTERPRISES” on the bill they already write that the wonder of the “AKSHAY ENTERPRISES” talk with me and one of “SUPREME” staff MR.Biks agreed the screw is missing . And he sine the bill.When i go to “AKSHAY” they told me that if i want to gate back my card i mast pay them Rs2500/-. I want my card back so i pay them. They told me the card is repair.But i am also sine another bill. And thy did not give me the copy of that bill or the bill of 2500/- Rs i give them.
They also say if i ask for the bill i will never gate back my card.
Now after 4 month the card is same problem so i went to “AKSHAY” they told me you did not gate warranty for the card and so me the bill which i sine that warranty void is written on the bill.But i remember very well that when i sine on the bill there is no such thing on it.And when i go to “SUPREME” and told them about it .I told them mane resin of this problem is the missing screw is created by them not by me.Because when i give the card to “SUPREME” after caking thoroughly then your staph give me the bill. So they agree to help me in next week with the card. And when i go to “SUPREME”next week then they say we are trying com next week. TWO month in next week and one month is left of my warranty period.
