Dear Sir/Madam I purchased a symphony Hi Cool Cooler on 31st may 2012 from Vijay Sales, Lajpat nagar, New Delhi. It gives hot air always and always throws water from it. Many times i tried to complain for it. but they are not responding. Even i went to the shop to ask for the solution but they are telling that “even we are not getting any response from Symphony”. I am suffering from mental pressure due to it since 1 year. As everyone knows,in delhi how much hot it is. So, i want to claim symphony for the mental pressure, Mental Harrasement for it.
