Dear sir,
I am an agent of max new york life insurance. I have submited three polices of my clients to comp. two of them was on half yearly mode and one of them was on quarterly mode.I recieved first half commission on my policies. two months before i was submited rest of the premium of my client.but max new york life is not giving me any commission.they says that my code is terminated because i am not giving any further business to them. they turn my policies in companies account. On first year commission it is my right. please help me to get my commission. can i go to consumer court.
