Repected Sir,
Almost 1 and 1/2 year back, I have applied for two health insurance in ICICI Lombard.For one I got the insurance but other one was rejected.The policy no I got was 4034/CHC/04177836/00/000.But the other one which was rejected,till now i did not get the refund amount, which is almost 7000 rs.Though they have sent the check, but check got lost.So again i went to Pune branch, gave an written application .They said a new check will be reissued within 10-14 days.But till now i did not got anything from their side.The check no which i applied to cancell and reissue was 088967.I have contacted their call centers many times, but did not get any result.Please do the need ful.
