I AM CUSTOMER OF BSNL BROADBAND PLAN AND HAD STARTED IT WITH 550 COMBO PLAN IN WHICH I CAN USE UP TO 2.5 GB DOWNLOAD & SURFING. I HAD TRANSFER MY PLAN FROM 550 COMBO PACK TO UNLIMITED PLAN WORTH RS.625 ON 28TH APRIL 2010 AT RAIYANAKA EXCHANGE OF RAJKOT.
ON THAT DAY THAT EXECUTIVE HAD GIVEN ME ONLY 1 RECEIPT KIND PAPER ON WHICH SOME DETAIL WAS RETURN ABOUT TRANSFERRING PLAN BUT NOT GENERATED ANY KIND OF OTHER RECEIPT OR ANY DOCUMENT WITH WHICH I NEED TO PAY RS.25.
THAT EXECUTIVE HAD ALSO NOT GIVEN ANY INSTRUCTION TO ME TO PAY RS 25. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT ACTIVATION OF PLAN HE JUST TELL ME THAT FROM NEXT MONTH IT WILL BE ACTIVATED. NOTHING MORE DISCUSSION OCCUR BETWEEN US.
I COME TO KNOW ALL THIS THINGS WHEN BILL CAME OF RS 1500 AROUND DUE TO NOT ACTIVATION OF UNLIMITED PLAN ON MY NUMBER.
THIS ALL BECAUSE OF NOT PROPER DUTY DONE BY THAT EXECUTIVE WORKING AT RAIYANAKA EXCHANGE AT RAJKOT. WHEN I TALKED TO THAT EXECUTIVE HE STRAIGHTLY DENIED TO EXCEPT HIS MISTAKE & OFFICE HEAD IS ALSO NOT LISTENING MY COMPLAIN.
NOW BY FILING THIS COMPLAIN I EXPECT SOME JUSTICE FROM U. PLEASE LISTEN MY COMPLAIN & SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
