Not getting service from Eureka Forbes for Aqua Total Duo

I have purchased one Aquaguard Total Duo from Eureka Forbes on 26th June 2012(Rs.16990). Within the warranty period of 1 year it required 5 times service for different issues with the system. On 11th June 2013 during the night time the back panel of the system was broken automatically and fell down from the wall (where it was mounted). I have raised a complaint with the euro helpline(08039883333) on 12th June 8:00 AM with the complaint no.0071754916. The technician came and verified the condition. As per their service policy the issue has to be addressed and resolved within 24 working hours. Now it is more than 100 working hours over and the company did not turn up further. I have followed up with them on 16th June 2013 and raised another follow-up complaint with the no. 0071812655 and they have assured me that they will send the technician by 17th June Morning. Again they failed to provide the service as per their proposed timeline.

Now we have to purchase drinking water from external vendors. The euro helpline is proposing new timelines again and again. But they are failing to keep their words. This is very difficult for a family to survive with small kid with purchased water.

Please help me get the proper service within 1 day or max 2 days. If they are not going to provide the same within the stipulated timeline then please let me know how to proceed to file a legal complaint against the company, so that they can take back their product and refund the full amount. I don’t want to continue with these kind of fraud companies. Also I expect strict action from your end to stop these kind of harassment for the customers.
