I have purchase a Laptop of Rs. 48,800 ( HP Pavilion DV-1104 Tu) vide Invoice No. 923 dated 7.2.2009 (S No. CNS 901139 M) during the festive season. There was a gift to be received within 6 week of time after submission of necessary documents and a Demand Draft for Rs. 1500/- bearing No. 750962 dated 12.2.2009 towards the payment of handling charges of the gift. I have submitted all the relevant document through online at HP Recemption Cell, First Floor, A-2, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi – 110 020. But more than 6 months has been exhausted, we have not received any gift from M/S H. P. India Sales Pvt. Ltd. so far. We have also sent so many e-mails but they misguide us every time, saying that they are sending the gift after 10, after 20 days. But the firm is not responding even e-mails.

Suitable action against the company taken for cheating consumer. I have purchased the Laptop from M/S Strategic Inofrmation Technologies Pvt Ltd., 29/2, Anekant Palace, Rajpur Road, Dehradun.
