Policy No: 500-5769228 which was issued on 10-06-2010 have not received the documents when i called agency manager named vikas on his cell 09268332949/ their center no 01204505130 he is disconnecting the phone.
could you please help me out or let me know how to file a complaint against them. i had got message that they have given the documents to Blue dart courier and when i called the courier was returned on 19-june-2010 as address untraceable at the time while they wanted a sale they found my residence and came. Now after taking the policy they are showing their colours.
Please help me as i am fat up with them and i want to cancel the policy.
