My name is Aatish Yadav I have general insurance agency in Icici lamboard and whose urn no.is ILGI1507110002.but when I applied for agency in LIC they found that I have already applied in HDFC STANDARD LIFE.but I have not applied for any agency in HDFC STANDARD LIFE at any date or at any time in past.
Its means some body was misusing my name or identity in HDFC STANDARD LIFE without my permission or my knowledge. so kindly remove my application or urn from irda portal of Hdfc standard life.
so kindly do the needful.
