I have purchased sony ericsson Mobile from Mobile Store Kolkata (41/B Bhawanipur Ashutosh Mukherjee Road Kol-25 Near Jadubabu Bazzar) on 18-03-09 invoice no(WB/2283/00001/8791).The set started giving problem after April-09 onwards i reached to Mobile store they advice to give the Cell at service centre. My set became completely dead on the Month of July09. I have submitted the set 1st on 07th July09 after that it was 5 times submitted to the Sony Ericcson Service centre but it never get completly ok. till date it is with the service centre. I have asked the service centre for New set but they adviced that it can not be done. Pls help me in this regard!!!
