On 5th Oct,2009, I have purchased one Nokia 2700 classic from Ms/ Saroja East, H.S. Road, Dibrugarh-786001 (Assam) and it is pleasure to say that till date I have used not less than 10 nos.Mobiles of Nokia since 2003. But this mobile (2700 classic) suddently given problem (The Memory card not show). After that I have visited to your Nokia Care Centre”INFO SOLUTIONS”, RKB Path, Opp. Taxi Stand, P.O. Dibrugarh-786001 (Assam) Tel. 0373-2323421on 17.06.2010 and handed over them for solve this problem. They have opend one Job Sheet vide No. 100617/7 dated 17.06.2010 and delivered me the mobile on the same day evening but the problme was same. Again I have handed over the Handset on 19.06.2010 vide their Job Sheet No. 100619/8 dated 19.06.2010 and told them that the problem still not solved. They told me that the set has to sent to Delhi and it will take 15 to 20 days time. But it is regret to inform you that today I have got my mobile but the problem have not solved. When the MMC take out from handset and again enter the MMC not show in Mobile. I am very much fadeup on their service. Therefore you are requested to kindly look into this matter seriously and let me know what should I do now. At present I have four Nokia mobile in my home N73, 1661, 1100 and another 2700 classic. So should I forget for purchase Nokia Mobile in future for your poor service or I will get some solution from your end. Waiting for your early response in this regard.
