We have given a booking amount of Rs 100,000 to the Lady named Lagan Khanna. But the in some circumstances, because the In laws are not ok with that farm house , we have to go for another option. But the lady is refusing to return the amount. We are ready to give her fine of 5% to 20% . But Still she is not accepting our proposal. Kindly advice us what we can do to take the money back. We have a receipt from her in which she has accepted the amount of booking.

Due to this i have no amount with me for booking some other places.

Kindly advice me what steps we can take?
