I have purchase a LG LED LCD TV 42 (FHD) on 07 January 2013 but due to some technical problems the aforesaid TV is not working last 04 months hence I lodged the complaint several times in LG’s office at Nagpur vide complaint No.RNA 130108020254, RNA 130125084593 & RNA 130227076021. After lodging complaint their representative come and check the TV and assured that the TV will start but next day the TV will automatically closed. Apart from that I telephonically talked with their representatives on mobile. The mobile number of LG Representative is 8552000846, 8552000847 & 8552000848 but till my TV is lying as it is. I request them to replace the same with new one. I have kept the original bill also. I request you kindly look into the matter. Thanking you.
