I tried to my pay my electricity bill for September 2014 of Rs 360 online on 7 oct (2:54 pm) using the pay online link at NPCL site, using SBI debit card (Master card). Instead of deducting Rs 360,a sum of Rs 2339 was deducted through bill desk (POS 00005078 at _BillPay IN txn# 100710172501). I did not got any acknowledgement of the above transaction from NPCL and on contacting they have told that they did not received any money.

Refund of said amount.
