I have applied online for PAN card in TIN.NSDL website and paid fees online. i have sent address proof and ID proof but they rejected my application after showing mistake. i have corrected mistake and once again sent relevant document but once again rejected. now my courier expense is beyond application fees..all time they tells send new application. at the end i am tired and asked my fee refund they have refused to do so.

I just want my fees back. because if they have not issued me PAN card they have to give my money back.
