My wife and my daughter were travelling to Karwar from Panaji by KSRTC bus which departs at 3.45 Pm. Panaji – Kumta. My wife produced the ID card of School for age proof as she is has not completed 12 years. Conductor denied it and said, Goa ID is not valid. We rightly should get Half charge, but were charged full. I need the compensation. also strict action against the conductor Bus no:KA31F1477 for rude behavior with a lady.
