i got the nys technology reference from justdial. i have given my laptop for the rapairing nys technology on dated 29th august 2014. before submitting the laptop this person visited at my home on 28th august 2014, that time i show hime my laptop in on condition that time he told me your laptop will work next 5 years, after subliming the laptop he told me i can collect my laptop after 2 days. after 2 days i visit his office that time i saw he booked my laptop body & stick by some kind of favi stick glu. this person name is mr. yogesh rawal. that time he given me laptop for checking, same time i told him keys are not working & laptop is not working on battery i hade to plug the charger for starting then he told me take your laptop & use it will work automatically & if same problem will persist i will repair it. i took the laptop but in a same day i rang him because laptop was on but display is not working, after that he was ignoring me i am coming today tomorrow to pick up the laptop after 15 days i visited his office & submit the laptop, this person not calling not given any feedback & he given my laptop to 3rd party for the repairing without my concern, submitting time he told me he will repair the laptop himself, after submitting the laptop he was telling me it can’t be repair & he brooked the body, he had done cheap level work on mother board & now he is abusing me and not repairing my laptop since 3 months he is pro casting me. i called the justdial complain no. on 02261607080, complain id – 554561, but in starting they told if he will not repair my laptop we will d-list his company, now they are supporting him & ignoring / deafening & telling he is a premium customer & we have to follow some rull, same sentence they are telling me since 1 1/2 month. it means justdial premium customer can do whatever they want to do. i have to lost my laptop. they don’t want to listen my complain now. so meanwhile i want to put the complain against “justdial” also. justdial don’t ask me before sharing my no to the companies. justdial do not ask the company certificate because if you are registered any company for the repairing services then why they are not asking about any certificate. they people are interested only in money, so please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
