dear sir , at dated31/7/13 when i take out money from OBC ATM machine i fell strong electrical schock . after 10 min i registerd complaint oBC help line number but from call center person side not postive response he said this is not our job responsibilities so i want to know if any person injured from atm electricity then who is responsible for life. so please consider this complaint and take action against concerd person
