Sir, This is a cheating case by a Govt Of Andhra Pradesh UT company now in liquidation and official liquidator High Court of AP Hyderabad is not giving any response to my complint dt 12/11/2010 .My brief complaint is as under.I have booked a scooter with AP scooter ltd (govt of AP U/T) with dd of Rs500 DDno is929456 Dt 21/11/83 the scooter co. Provided me priority no 0003892 along with a letter Dt 15/3/84 addressed me as a “Dear Customer” as a receipt of my DD. In spite of several request the amount of booking was not refunded to me till today. The Asstt. Register of companies AP Hyderabad informed me to contact Official Liquidator AP High court Hyderabad. My complaint Dt 12/11/10 was ignored by Hon.Liquidator so I send a RTI application on 11/1/11.The official Liquidator HighCourt AP Hyderabad informed me vide letter Dt 1/3/11 that my claim comes under the rank as “Unsecured creditors ” and company is in liquidation and do not have funds to settle the claims of “Preferential and unsecured creditors” Also informed me that an amount of Rs 9,8408000 have shown as “ADVANCE From CUSTOMERS against BOOKING of SCOOTER” The Ex MD of.Ap scooters has not furnished the details. It means that 196816 Consumers invested Rs.500 each for booking of scooter in a company of Andhra Pradesh Govt. UT were deceived including me since liquidation ie 1999.The Liquidator has not taken any action to refund the amount. Since the Liquidator is under the shelter of High Court the Upalokayuta of AP rejected my detail complaint Dt 27/4/11 The Secretary Dept of corporate Affairs NewDelhi 1 also did not guide me for the refund of booking on my RTI application Dt 7/9/10 So this is a complaint of MASS CUSTOMER cheating by GovtUT company and Liquidator

Refund of Rs 500 along.with interest at. 18% from date of booking ie 21/11/1983 and compensation on account of mental harassment and cost of so many correspondence since 1989
