My signature has been copied by the agent (awm Life) and the agent has forgotten to change my signature on page 6 of 32 of my policy document and this company has ignored to look this page and issued the policy on 30 December 2009.My signature is CHAYANIKA MONDAL AND IT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO CHAYANIKA MANDAL.My policy contract No is-15923577
I was misguided by the agent about this policy and also getting difficulties to cancel the policy within freelook period which I had applied for.(reff No-0002510743 dated 22 march 2010)
