SIR I have purchased 2 okaya batteries from BS Batteries on 20-11-2010 for rs 19000,they have given the warranty of 36 months in which replacement within 30 months but the complain no.68794 registered with them on 27-02-2013 within 30 months from date of purchase.I am filing 2nd time in consumer core,complain id- 54529-2-2013 file dt-11-03-2013.pls do the needful
