We were travelling by okha rameshwaram yest i,e 1 jan in coach B1 seat no 3,4,5 from ahemdabad to jalna. There were bedbugs in the whole compartment coz of which none of us could sleep for the whole night. The bedcovers were simply kept which were completely unwashed. the blankets were not provided to 2 of us. bedsheets were just pushed in the pillow cases nd those were given to us as pillows.After complaining to the tt in surat , some people came in manmad saying tht we need to empty the coach for 2 hrs for spraying the pesticide which was not possible, but when the tt who came up in manmad wrote the complaint there were other such complaints logded in by the previous travellers so why any action hs not been taken against it previously. the concerned attendant of the railway dint shw his face in the entire journey and the outsourced person when asked for the blanket said ‘ khatam ho gay’ the tt gave his balnket to me nd i passed it on to my co passenger who was a senior citizen, nd i had to sleep with the only white bedsheet. i even travelled by the same train on 30 frm jalna to ahemdabad, the attendants were same in both the journey, the bedding was never provided in the proper cover both the time, the napkins were not given both the times, everything that was needed i,e bedsheet , blanket, pillow was to be asked 10 times and thn provided. while going we asked the attendant to wake us up at ahemdabad which was at 2.10 am he never turned up, nd was sleeping both the nights. while coming when i showed my hands to the tt which were badly red and swollen coz of bitting of the bedbugs he gave me his birth but certainly in some time it was realized that its in the whole compartment, in our next compartment there was a child of 3 years who was crying in sleep from an hour and thn we later realized tht he was crying out of same reason nd his back was red and swollen again. after being awake for the whole night early morning at aurangbad some 10 to 15 people with a general ticket entered in saying tt told him tht we 3 ladies and some other passengers are getting down in jalna and they can take our seats not a issue if they are empty you can provide fine but i just went to the washroom and wanted to come back and sleep which was a upper birth and there were 3 people sitting over there saying once u get down at jalna the seat is ours…. this all are the reason tht we are paying double fare and travelling in ac coach and not the general one… as well coz of those dirty bedsheet someone can have some kind of infection, the railway attendant is not ready to show the face, the outsourced one is in his own world… morning tht condition of the boggie was as same as a general quota one and not the ac coach…. i want my complete fare back with a compensation for all the harresment that we had to bare just coz of the carelessness of the people from railway department. as well the door of the ac coach and the general coach was open all the time… people from that side were all using the washrooms over here and they were stinking like hell, as ours was the 1 compartment even if the door is opened the smell was coming till inside… so kindly consider my all problems and revert me back as soon as possible
