I had booked a cab online on 21-Dec-13 from olacabs.com for 31-Dec-2013 by paying Rs.104/- in advance. However, the cab never turned up. I called up the olacabs telephone number but they did not entertain queries for bookings done online. Next, I complained online to support@olacabs.com and got a complaint# ADU-311-?92739. Again, even after 5 days there is no response to my complain. Can you please help?
