Today(18-05-15) at 10:27am I booked an OLA Cabs by CRN No. – 83732642 and I received a confirmation on my mail Id and on my registered mobile no 987123xxx. As per message OLA confirm pick-up address 1D terminal at IGI airport, car type Sadan, Car detail- White Maruti Swift Desire no-DL1YC-3975 and Driver Name Krishana Mobile No 9250172xxx. At that I called through OLA App to the above said driver. Within few minutes the said driver and the same cab piked me up from the airport. After few meter driver asked me to get down from the cab because now OLA has instructed him to pick up another customer. I told him that I have all the communication from the OLA is to travel through this cab only but driver refused to drove and I was having no option but to leave the cab.

I was quite embarrassing to descend down in the middle of the road and look up for the other alternatives. Any how I managed and called OLA ff this incidence but there was no notice of my concern. Please help me to compensate.
