I purchased a mattress on 2nd Nov 2013. Mattress was bigger than my bed. Shop owner agreed to provide services & replacement at the time of sale for next 11 yrs. I requested to replace the mattress bcoz of large size. Shop owner agreed to do it but till now it’s not done. I am getting back ache bcoz of mattress as it’s not ortho. I asked to replace with Kurl-On mattress and informed him that I will pay the difference. But it’s not done yet. Also I didn’t get invoice of the mattress.

Getting back ache. Also mattress can be defected bco zof larger size.
