Problem is related to the amount asked by the builder (Omaxe) while offering possesion, I was supposed to make the payment of 10% of the price + registry charges which was around 4-4.5 Lacs. But in their letter they have demanded money of about 6.75+ registry charges which if put together will be around 9-9.5 lacs.When we enquire them with builder they told us that the size of the flat has been increased by 150 sqft also there is a PLC (Preferential location charge) of park facing which is applied . However when I ask them about the justification related to the escalation of prices they are not providing me any information or documents to support the additional prices hike, instead they are telling me that the clause is there in the agreement. When i go through the agreement All the PLC was part of BSP only also there was provision of + – 10% increase in the size of flat size. But when i ask them that though clause is there but they should have informed us during construction time only also if there is any change in the size of the flat then the Sanctioned area plan and completion certificate area plan must differ. they are not providing me any documented proofs of it. I have also sent letter on their customer care email id which is also attached in this mail. I am not the only one who is being harassed, almost all the people who have booked their flat in this project is facing the similar kind of problem. I request to kindly looking into the problem and help us out in this. Or else Builders like Omaxe will keep looting us people P.S. Can share you other relevant documents and information if and when required

Wanted to seek clarification on amount overcharged to me , If amount being charged is justified then i can make payment else they need to settle my account with out charging extra amount of money.
