One stop shop pvt ltd company taken rs.15500 form me to provide SBI KIOSK centre at my business location in 2012. After taking all document and processing fees the company dined to provide me SBI Code. And also dined to refund me my processing fee which i was paid to company.

Because of the reason i have complete loss of Rs. 15500 from last 1 year and company still dined to refund it me

I want to take beck my process fees which i have already paid to One stop shop pvt ltd.
