I placed a order ONE STOP SHOP RETAILERS PVT LTD for a saucepot on 16th Oct with order no VC00000021. I had certain timelines by which i wanted the product to be delivered (20th Oct) as i was going out of town on monday night, so before placing the order i called their customer care helpline +91-022-6621-CC to confirm if that is possible. The female(Ruchika) that the order will be delivered by 18th Oct or worse cum worse by 20th Oct. I asked her thrice and she said yes that is why i placed the order. I called Saturday also the customer care and asked why the Oder has not been delivered , she told me she is just packing my order and it will be dispatched on Saturday and will def reach by Monday. When i did not get my order by Monday 12pm, i called them again, again Ruchika said that she will find out the status can will call me back. But no one called me till 4pm. I called again then was told that nobody is at desk and somebody will call me. When i waited till 5pm and did not get call, then my husband called from some other number , Ruchika picked up and said order cannot be delivered on Monday. When i escalated the matter in their company , they told me they don’t know what their employees are telling me but they do not have stock only for what I have ordered. Till date I have received any refund as well. I had ordered this item for a puja and thus because of all the lies from them and had to leave all my important and rush to a nearby store to search for the same item. I finally found it but the item which i ordered online for Rs 374 I had to pay the vendor Rs 620. I can also provide photos of the box i bought. I request you guys to please take appropriate action so that before lying for 4 consecutive days without any shame, they think 10 time and also I need my money back which i paid for the item when i ordered online(374) and also the extra money I Paid (Rs 620) .
