I ordered for a phone from this website. They told they will ship it within 1 day.! its been more than one week, i am yet to get any confirmation regarding shipping details. All they say is, sir please wait ! They are not even ready to cancel my order !. I dont know whom to contact.

I want the product or i expect them to refund my amount immediately. I am fed up calling their customer care.
