Onida – company closes the complaint without giving any information

The said TV is not working for more than three years. I’ve lodged several complaints, but in vain. The company closes the complaint without giving any information to the consumer. About one and half year back onida’s engineer came changed the power supply part and charged rupees four thousand inclusive of engineer visit. But again after fifteen days the T.V. had the same problem. When we contacted the engineer, he said he will com and see. But even after more than one month he did not visit, so again I called the service center and was informed that the call has been closed. Again after complaint lodged, I was informed that the particular part is not available. Months passed away. In the meantime the engineer came for four times to check the same serial number. Again I lodged the complain but today I was informed that the same part that was earlier changed has to be changed again and I will have to pay the charge and the engineer visit amount. Again today when I called the customer care, I am told that the call has been cancelled due to wrong address.
