my name is deepak patel. i have bought a onida washing machine and have made a extended service contract with adonis electronics pvt ltd. i have registered a complaint almost 3 months before, but i have not yet got my washing machine repaired. the complaint number is 13121436380429. my wife has to spare time to get the clothes washed and even have to give the clothes to laundry

i want the service provider to be penalized for the disregardful of his responsibilities. he should be charged at least 10000/- rupess and also ask him to come and wash the clothes early in the freezing morning. so that he can realize the inconvenience.
