i had placed an order for a chiffon sarree on 22/07/2013 for an amount of rs 1599/- which was paid by net banking. the site showed that the order wud be dispatched within 21 days. but till date, there have been no response from the site regarding the product delivery or inability to deliver the same. i had also put up number of mails on their site, but apart from an apology mail there have been no progress. i also tried contacting them on phone, but i was always put on hold, which further resulted in increasing my mobile bill. no one from the retailer contacted me.
i want the product delivered to me asap and a compensation for the agony that i had been put through, not to forget the anxiety i have been through that i may lose my hard earned money.
