I placed an order to deliver the anniversary cake on this website. But they didn’t deliver the product whole day and when I called them 2/3 times to check for the same I didn’t get any satisfactory response.
They are saying that they will return me the money at the end of the day, now I don’t have any other option which I can use to do the same. So, I want a compensation for this as they made a false commitment. so that they won’t repeat it in future with anyone else. Compensation amount : 1,00,000
