Online Shopping – Damaged Product Delivered

I had ordered the crystal 9pc Colourful Splash Nonstick cookware set. I receive the damaged piece as well as the gift offered along with this order was not delivered. The ordered was received on 4th August’14 and the complaint regarding the same was made on 5th August’14. Till date I have not received the replacement of the product nor my money back. Either I should get the replacement of the product or my money back. And the compensation for the mental harrsament that I get whenever I all there customer care.
