I placed an order on 26 Sep and the delivery is still awaited for my order. They don’t give a status update and their courier id says the product has been delivered, which is not possible. Don’t know if this is some kind of scam or something, but my money is stuck with them for the past so many days. Though I faced a problem while placing order from them and even their claim of no shipping was revoked in my order. I paid for a product and for its shipping, but havent received the same.

I have lost 525/- and my sleep worrying because they are not willing to reply. I sent a number of mails, but havent got a fruitful answer about when and if at all my product will be delivered. I called up also, but didnt get a helpful answer, which is bothering me further.

I need the product delivered and if possible refund of the 25/- shipping charges and a timely reply from them about the status of my order.
