I ordered 2 pair of shoes in exchange of 3 pairs of Rs.999 on 30 November 2014. I got a message from the brand that i refused to pay COD which is just Rs 50, we are cancelling your order. But no one came for the courier on my address. Now I emailed them about the problem they are not replying back.

I paid 1049 (including Rs 50 as delivery charge)
