i placed an order of led strip and ceiling lights to this company for my residence. i paid 2,00,000 on 30/7/2013 advance with the order. i was told all the lights will be according to the sample and there will be no color difference. on 22/8/2013 i received the lights. 1.lights were not according to the samples passed. 2.material was incomplete. again my project was delayed by 15 days. i paid the balance amount and stopped 19000 rs. in order to be on safer side.i told them once you get all the lights installed i will pay the balance. after applying the led strip i saw a color difference in led strip.there were two different colors in all the lights. i have the sample provided at the time of sampling and the material provided as well. both are different.sales man dealing with me told he will get it resolved and the material was taken back. i was promised to get the resolved led strip in 3 days . but i got it after 12 days. even then the problem was not resolved. the color was still different. they did not do anything to the lights. now the director of the company ravindra aggarwal is saying it is internationally accepted that the color difference will be there. he said he wont be able to help me in that. but before giving the order i was told all the led strip will come in 1 single color. i have asked him either to take all the lights back and give me my money. or i wont give the balance money as the lights are not according to the requirement. now he is saying the color difference will be there. harassing me and disturbing me and saying he will register a complaint against me. i called him today as well he said either pay the amount or i will go to court. i will pay the amount only if i get the material according to the requirement. when i have not received the material according to the promised sample why should i pay. why should i sacrifice on everything. first i waited 2 months for the material. i told him to take the material back. he is not taking it back and harassing me.
I WANT EITHER HE TAKES ALL THE LIGHTS BACK AND GIVE ME MY MONEY. IF HE CANNOT TAKE IT BACK, GIVE ME IN ONE SINGLE COLOR. IF BOTH THE ABOVE THINGS CANNOT BE DONE I AM NOT READY TO PAY THE BALANCE AMOUNT. INFACT HE SHOULD PAY THE LOSS OF LABOUR CHARGES PAID BY ME.
