I had ordered 2 litre Induction base cooker on 14th Feb 2014 online from kitchen18, and after finishing payment details I got confirmation from my bank but in the website got a message saying “the page you requested can not be found.” No confirmation from them through SMS or Email immediately. I assumed the order could not be finished. I called them and asked to cancel the order and they agreed to do so and asked me to send email to cancel the order. I have sent email and reminders to them but till now no reply. I wanted to gift some one the same on an occasion, so I ordered from some other site and gifted. I do not know how I am going to recover my money from them.
