Hi, This is very much unfortunate and 2nd time in two months time my ORDER NUMBER: 701509019 has been delivered late around 12:20 PM instead of paying fixed time delivery Rs 200 at 11:00 AM. The company is making money through false claims.

This is my third bad experience with ferns and petals of late delivery, going forward I won’t be using the valuable company’s service for my special occasions. If you can refund the late delivery amount and the harassment if have to face and spoiling my special occasion.

Please charge them fine, as they are making money from many customer.
