I purchased a pair of shoe against order no. 100462520 dated 09-05-2013. company shipped this article at wrong address.when i pursue this article through online known about it.i called customer care many time.and they told me for again shipping. they shipped it second time.when i pursue it i have come to know that article have been lost by courier co. i called to company at least 150 time they put hold my call 10-15 minute. but not satisfied me. they not refunded my amount rs. 2300 till know

I lost at least 500 rs in phone. beside it i m lawyer i lost my mentally peace.i waste my precious time which is invaluable.

I want total amount of my refund. rs. 2300.00 telephone amt. Rs 500.00 and Rs. 50000.00 for my inconvenience.
