Sir, I am from Ahmedabad. on 15-04-2014, I have received againt my online purchae an item id: AK1000234-P-OD1461 (Bajaj TWISTER 3 Jars Mixer Grinder(While) against my Order No.300329801-AK1000234-P-OD1461. I have received an Invoice No. PPPL/MH/2014-14/0001840 DT. 09-04-2014 for Rs..2654 of M/s. Akurti Projects Pvt. Ltd.,A/10. Park Avenue, Markandaya,Padmashali CHS, Behind Saibaba Temple, Near RTO, Andheri, Mumbai-400053 (VAT No.27900866730V and CST No.27900866730C)(Scanned Copy of the invoice is attached herewith) and also a Guarantee Card (inside the box of item) but, they are not duly signed. The Guarantee Condition says that if the Bill or the Guarantee Card is not duly stamped and signed, the Guarantee would be invalid. So, I have repeatedly requested M/s. Pepperfry (the online agent) to arrange to send me the invoice duly stamped and signed but all my efforts brought no result and I have not received the invoice duly stamped and signed. I have also informed the company that as per Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 it is compulsory to issue a sale bill, for any product sold, with proper rubber stamp and signature. However, the company does not comply with my request. Hence, I approach your goodselves to help me get the invoice duly stamped and signed. It is not known whether the seller has shown the said sale value in their turnover of the sales or not. This may please be investigated. Hope to get response from your goodselves soon. I want the sale bill duly stamped and signed so that the Guarantee for 5 years can be availed on the product. As per condition of the Guarantee Card , the Gurantee would be void if the card or bill is not duly stamped and signed.
