Online Shopping – Product not delivered cheted

I had approached Tanvi Pandit in March regarding purchase of 1 bag and 2 chappals. For which she demanded a bank transfer of payment Rs. 10000. I sincerely sent the payment the next day itself. The receipt is attached. It has been two months now, no products have been delivered. She continues to delay delivery and does not give clear answer. The full conversation is attached to this. She is even refusing me to refund my money. Before payment she had guaranteed 2 weeks for delivery it is now almost two months. And I haven’t received any product. The bag DID get delivered, however, it was defected and I returned it back for exchange as she said. The courier costed me an addition Rs. 200. Making a total of Rs. 10,200. She still refused to deliver products and lies about all delivery dates. I have asked her everyday over the last two months when will I receive my products, but she has cheated me with a lot of money.

I want a full and only reversal of all my money. Nothing over and above it. I refuse to be cheated. The relief that I want is Rs. 10,200, transferred back to my bank account
