Dear sir, I am V.Anil Kumar a resident of kerala. I ordered a lava Iris 455 mobile for Rs. 1565 on 3rd June-2013 vide order no. KA/126143/VSRPKSKF . Delivery date was due on 18th June-2013. After repeated reminders i was finally told on 18th June-2013 that the mobile is out of stock. Then i recieved a mail on 19th june2013 saying they will refund me a voucher. i made a request on 19th june for refunding me the money and not as kaunsa voucher. On 10th July again i sent a mail saying i am yet to recieve the refund and i got a reply saying the refund status would be known in 3-4 days time. I would have spent Rs.100 over phone calls to resolve this issue, But still i am yet to get the refund as on today.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
