I had booked a Plum S10 mobile through your offer sent in my e-mail, vide your order No,33244559721377 on 14.07.14. I got this product on 24.07.14. The payment of this product was made through my SBI debit card. When I checked the product, I was shocked that its lot of specifications do not meet as you given on your web site such as LCD size 4.2 inch instead of 5.3, No Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, No HD recording, No Display Features, Primary Camera only 2 Megapixel instead of 8 megapixel, Secondary camera 0.3 megapixel instead of 3 megapixel, No Pulsed Flash, 256 RAM instead of 2 GB, its battery back up is very poor. I talked to your customer care people Ms. Shreya on 25th July, 2014 about this product. She clearly refused to refund my money or change the mobile as per specifications given by you on your web site. I had also sent an email to you on the same day i.e. 25.07.14, but I have not received any reply or assurance so far. (I had already registered a complaint about this to your organisation vide your complaint No.l528142 on 05.08.2014. You had advised me to sent a letter addressed to Consumer Service Head at company address. I had sent this letter on 06.08.14 by speed post but I got this letter back without receiving by them. It is written on the envelop that here is no such organisation). Please help me in this matter.
I do not want this product as they got this order by misguiding. So, please do something so that my money may be returned to me immediately or replace the product as they promised on their web site.
