When I called first time to dealer he told he will deliver product on Cash on delivery. He did the shipment but the product was used one and courier person told u can’t take the product unless u pay the amount so I had to pay it. Product : Car 2 din tape Tape is used one as I have all snaps for same where it can be easily judge this is used one. Also CD is in place already in tape where it’s not coming out so here all gets clear. When I asked merchant he told he don’t what happen but he will replace with new one and now after chasing long he graced me some tacking number which was never tracked as seems to be fake one. Then he told he will Refund e money but now he is not receiving calls .

Rs. 17500/- cost and mental harassment unnecessary..

I need my Hard earned money back Rs.17500/-
